Important Information About AI Analysis:

  • Your resume content is processed by AI systems (including large language models) to provide optimization suggestions
  • Resume text is sent to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for analysis
  • We remove personally identifiable information (name, email, phone) before AI processing when possible
  • AI providers may use data to improve their models, but your personal information is not shared
  • You can request that we delete all your resume data at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Service:

  • Account Data: Until you delete your account + 30 days
  • Resume Data: Until you delete your account + 30 days (or immediately upon request)
  • Payment Records: 7 years for tax/accounting purposes (as required by law)
  • Analytics Data: 24 months in anonymized form

You can request immediate deletion of your resume data at any time by contacting support@hirefy.careers.
